Can Junior see all my messages?
Junior can only see the channels and email accounts you authorize it to access. It won't read your private messages. You can adjust its access scope at any time.
What if Junior makes a mistake?
Tell it directly. "That's wrong. It should be..." Junior will correct it immediately and remember not to make the same mistake again. Give lots of feedback in the first week. It gets more accurate over time.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Junior uses encryption in transit and at rest, and we do not use your data to train models. For full details, see our Security & Privacy page.
Can one Junior serve the whole team?
Yes. Junior is designed to serve teams, not individuals. It can interact with multiple team members simultaneously and maintain consistent context across everyone.
Do I need a technical background to use Junior?
Not at all. Junior's interface is natural language. Talk to it in Slack like you'd talk to a coworker. No coding, no configuration, no new tools to learn.
