What is Junior?

Junior is not a chatbot. You won't ask it a question and close the tab.

Junior is an AI coworker. It joins your team with its own name, Slack account, and email address. Just like any other teammate, it works in the same Slack channels, attends meetings, sends and receives emails, and takes on real tasks.

How Junior is Different

Most AI tools are stateless. Every conversation starts from scratch, and you have to re-explain the context every time. The AI has no memory of what your team decided last week.

Junior is persistent. It continuously builds understanding of your organization: who's responsible for what, what decisions have been made, what commitments are outstanding. Every interaction makes it more useful, rather than keeping it at the same level.

What's the difference between Junior and ChatGPT / Claude?

The biggest difference is memory and continuity. ChatGPT starts every conversation from zero. Junior remembers all your team's context: decisions, commitments, preferences, history. It's not a tool. It's a team member that's always present.
